We insist on an Academy uniform. Exceptions are made only in very special circumstances and only for a very short period of time. We expect parents, when buying clothes for their children, to make the Academy uniform the first priority. Items such as uniform, ties, badges and PE kits, may be purchased at competitive prices from Ron Flowers Sports shop (details given at the bottom of this form).
Except for one SMALL stud in each ear, the wearing of jewelry IS NOT ALLOWED. Facial piercings are NOT ALLOWED.
What do we mean by ‘changes of hair colour?
Any unnatural hair colour (such as green, blue or purple) is not permitted.
What are examples of ‘extreme’ styles? • Shaved tramlines or mohicans.
The wearing of badges and other logos apart from athletic awards and others approved by the Academy is also forbidden.
Please label all your child’s belongings with his/her name.

New tartan skirt for September
The OLSC Tartan Skirt option has now been added to the OLSC page at Ron Flowers - click here. The discount code is OLSCTARTAN. This is set to be used once per order, allowing a maximum discount code of £10 online. Should a parent have more than one child wanting the tartan skirt, you are entitled to a £10 reduction per student. If this is the case, you will need to call the shop directly. The discount is only available until 23:59 on 31st August 2020.

MP3 PLAYERS & IPODS ARE NOT NEEDED IN THE ACADEMY AND AGAIN WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF THESE ITEMS.
